Sample Paper for Computer Science Class 11 for Periodic Test 1
Periodic Tests are one of the important pen-paper tests for class 11 assessment structures. As per CBSE assessment schemes, there will be multiple periodic tests should be conducted throughout the year. In different schools, different types of periodic tests are conducted. Here I am providing you sample papers for Periodic Test 1 which is generally conducted in the Month of July every year in most of the schools.
As class 11 almost starts in June and Periodic Test 1 will be conducted in July there can be only 1 chapter covered. Find the blueprint of Class 11 for periodic test 1.

General Instructions for Sample Paper Class 11 Periodic Test
As per the new pattern of the CBSE sample paper for 2023-24, there are 5 sections in the question paper. Read the instructions as follows:
- This paper contains 2 pages.
- The question paper is divided into 3 sections – A, B and C.
- Section A, consists of 4 questions (1-4). Each question carries 2 marks.
- Section B, consists of 3 questions (5-7). Each question carries 3 marks.
- Section C, consists of 2 questions(8 & 9). Each question carries 4 marks.
- Internal choice are given in the questions.

Sample Paper Pattern CBSE Computer Science Class 11
As per the new pattern, the question paper of computer science class 11 is divided into five sections. From Section A to Section E. Read the general instructions as follows:
- This question paper contains five sections, Sections A to E.
- All questions are compulsory.
- Section A has 18 questions carrying 01 mark each.
- Section B has 07 Very Short Answer type questions carrying 02 marks each.
- Section C has 05 Short Answer type questions carrying 03 marks each.
- Section D has 03 Long Answer type questions carrying 05 marks each.
- Section E has 02 questions carrying 04 marks each. One internal choice is given in Q35 against part c only.
- All programming questions are to be answered using Python Language only.
So this sample paper consists of questions of 1 mark, 2 marks, 3 marks, 4 marks, and 5 marks.
